About Libra
Libra covers Sep 23 – Oct 22. It is the seventh sign of the zodiac, an air sign in the cardinal group. Cardinal signs open a season. The Sun enters Libra at the September equinox, by the Northern Hemisphere calendar.
Venus is the traditional ruler of Libra, and each daily reading names it for you. Venus rules two signs, Taurus and Libra, and is the brightest planet in the sky.
A sun-sign reading is the same for everyone born under Libra. A chart drawn for your birth date, time and place is a different, narrower thing. Foresight, not fate.
