About Scorpio
Scorpio covers Oct 23 – Nov 21. It is the eighth sign of the zodiac, a water sign in the fixed group. Fixed signs fall in the middle of a season, when its weather has settled in.
Mars is the traditional ruler of Scorpio, and each daily reading names it for you. Mars rules two signs, Aries and Scorpio, and takes about 687 days to orbit the Sun. Some astrologers also give Scorpio a modern ruler, Pluto. Foretold uses the traditional one.
A sun-sign reading is the same for everyone born under Scorpio. A chart drawn for your birth date, time and place is a different, narrower thing. Foresight, not fate.
