About Virgo
Virgo covers Aug 23 – Sep 22. It is the sixth sign of the zodiac, an earth sign in the mutable group. Mutable signs come at the end of a season, as it hands over to the next one.
Mercury is the traditional ruler of Virgo, and each daily reading names it for you. Mercury rules two signs, Gemini and Virgo, and orbits the Sun in 88 days, faster than any other planet.
A sun-sign reading is the same for everyone born under Virgo. A chart drawn for your birth date, time and place is a different, narrower thing. Foresight, not fate.
