What stays free

The chart, the spread, the cast, and the short summary are free. You can look at the real result before you spend a credit. A new account also gets three credits. The line in the product is: Three credits added — your first readings are on us. After those three, a complete reading costs 1 credit.

This week’s horoscope, the guide pages, and the compatibility checker are free to read. The checker names the Sun, the Moon, Venus, and Mars. It does not sell a percentage, and it does not spend a credit.

What a credit buys

One credit is one complete written reading, kept for the question you asked. It is saved to your Keepsakes and printable as an heirloom folio, and it closes with questions and actions you can actually use. The free summary stays free. The letter is the paid part.

A couple reading costs 2 credits. For two birth charts it reads the synastry: how the two charts meet, support, and press on each other. For other methods it reads how the two of you meet, where you match and where you contradict or complement each other.

If you are signed in and you already hold enough credits, the button spends them. It says “Use 1 credit” or “Use 2 credits.” If you are signed out, the button shows the Taster rate and opens the packs: “1 credit ($0.50)” or “2 credits ($1.00).” Those dollar figures are the rate inside the Taster pack. They are not a separate checkout for fifty cents. The smallest charge is $5.

How long a saved reading stays on the account is in the terms. Print or download a copy if you want one that does not depend on the account.

The packs

You buy credits in packs. The checkout shows the same five, at the same prices. The per-credit figure is the pack price divided by the number of credits, rounded to the cent the way the button does it.

$25 ÷ 70 is $0.357, shown as $0.36. $50 ÷ 160 is $0.3125, shown as $0.31. $100 ÷ 350 is $0.286, shown as $0.29. Larger packs cost less per reading. A couple reading still takes 2 credits from whichever pack you hold.

Payment goes through Stripe. You are sent to checkout and brought back. A gift or promo code can add credits too. One promo per account, tied to your email.

How long credits last

Credits expire 24 months after purchase. They do not stay on the account past that date. They have no cash value, and they are not redeemable for cash except where the law requires it. A reading, once the letter is written, consumes the credit.

Leaving, and what the terms already say

No ads, no fake urgency, no subscription you have to fight to leave. Cancel in a single tap. A subscription does not renew on its own unless you turn renewal on. You turn it off from your account or the customer portal, in one step, with no phone call. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep access until then.

Your birth details are yours — never sold, never mined.

The terms already state the purchase rules, and this page does not add a new promise on top of them. A delivered reading is non-refundable except where the law requires it. If you are not satisfied with your first reading, tell us within 14 days and we will refund it or restore the credit. Unused credits, and a subscription period you have not started, are refundable within 30 days of purchase. After that, refunds are at our discretion.
